Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement HR analytics dashboards to track KPIs like turnover, engagement, and recruitment efficiency
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and correlations in HR data
- Develop predictive models for talent acquisition, retention, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights to leadership
- Present complex data findings through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression analysis, segmentation, and forecasting
- Deep understanding of HR metrics and talent management processes
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in HR analytics (e.g., HRCI aPHRi, SHRM-CP) preferred
