Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation roadmap design and implementation for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct comprehensive digital maturity assessments and gap analysis across business units
- Develop agile transformation frameworks integrating AI, IoT, and cloud technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive digital adoption and change management
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for transformation ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage vendor ecosystems and technology partnerships for solution integration
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years in digital transformation consulting with 3+ years in Indonesia market
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives in manufacturing/retail
- Expertise in process automation, ERP implementation, and customer journey redesign
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Certification in TOGAF, SAFe, or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
- Track record of managing cross-cultural teams across APAC region
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
