Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement supplier evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and compliance
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors for optimal pricing and terms
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve procurement bottlenecks
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging suppliers
- Maintain accurate supplier documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with logistics teams for seamless delivery coordination
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in purchasing/supplier management roles
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations
