Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze satellite imagery, LiDAR data, and IoT sensor networks to monitor forest health and detect illegal logging activities
- Develop predictive models for carbon sequestration, wildfire risk, and species distribution patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and geospatial visualizations using GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Collaborate with field teams to validate data accuracy and conduct ground-truthing surveys
- Produce comprehensive environmental impact assessments for sustainable forestry projects
- Design machine learning algorithms to automate forest inventory and change detection processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through technical reports and executive summaries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Geomatics, or Data Science (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing geospatial data with ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent platforms
- Proficiency in Python/R for statistical analysis and spatial modeling
- Strong understanding of remote sensing techniques (NDVI, change detection)
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for big data processing
- Knowledge of Indonesian forestry regulations and REDD+ frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating data visualization projects for environmental applications
- Certification in GIS or Remote Sensing (e.g., Esri, GISP) highly valued
